Steven Lutzer founded Aced it Interview Consulting because during the years that he has been running his executive search firm, he has seen the need for individualized interview coaching and resume refinement.

Steven has coached many candidates both prior to and after their interviews. It has become apparent that many candidates need to enhance their interviewing skills in order to succeed in the competitive job market. In addition, candidates need help to avoid making the same mistakes in subsequent job interviews. Job candidates usually can't evaluate their own performance in their interviews objectively.

Because Steven debriefs with hiring managers and candidates separately, he has gained a bird's-eye view of the interviewing process. Based on your unique attributes as a candidate, we take a highly individualized approach in preparing you prior to the interview and debriefing with you afterwards.

Steven works closely with clients to ensure that the approach is adapted to fit the needs of the individual candidate.

Steven has a B.S. in Business Administration from the University of Buffalo and an MBA from Baruch College.
